Lettings Only – We do not do sales, just lettings and property management. This allows us to focus our full attention on lettings, without the distraction of a sales division. As a small company, we value the focus that we put in to the lettings market.
First Three Months – No Fees! – With Relier as your sole letting agent, we won’t bill you a single fee until tenancy month four. For months one to three, the rental income is entirely yours.
No Unfair Management Tie In – We are confident that we will deliver a management service that you will have no reason to leave at any point. We regularly speak with landlords who are having trouble with their current agents but are tied down to what we believe are unfair terms when a landlord wishes to manage the property themselves or switch agents.
Should you ever wish to leave us (we don’t think that you will!) we will make this easy for you and will release you from the management agreement with just one months’ notice after the first six months of a tenancy. If you have chosen to manage the property yourself or instruct another managing agent, we will not claim management fees for extensions by a tenant who we have introduced.
