Relier Property Management is an independent letting only agency based in and covering Canary Wharf, established in 2020.  Our office on Pepper Street is conveniently located to enable us to get to all managed properties in the area very quickly, and for clients to be able to pop in and see us if they are in the area.

Founder, Ben Rayment, has been working in the Canary Wharf property market for more than 25 years, and has seen first-hand, the remarkable change in the landscape and local market in that time.  We understand the landlord and tenant base and take pride in matching the best tenants in the local market, to the properties that we have under our management.

The Relier Index – In June 2025, we released our first quarterly market report for Canary Wharf.  We believe this to be unique, reporting on sales values and rental values in the area based on over a thousand sales and rental listings currently on the most popular property portals. 

We break down asking prices by number of bedrooms, both for sales and rentals.  We compare those values with Sold ‘Subject to Contract’ and ‘Let Agreed’ listings, both of which give more of an indication as to actual sales and rental values achieved (although it should still only be used as a guide). 

We provide current and would be investors with market information, including current interest rates, current Buy to Let mortgage rates, and together with the established property prices, a guide to expected yields and cash flows for property in the area.

Lettings Only – We do not do sales, just lettings and property management.  This allows us to focus our full attention on lettings, without the distraction of a sales division.  As a small company, we value the focus that we put into the lettings market.

First Three Months – No Fees! – When you move a property across to Relier on a sole agency basis, we will not charge you any fees until month four of a new tenancy.  You will receive 100% of the rent from your new tenant for those first three months.
