Our mission is simple: to protect our landlords’ investments with a truly hassle -free service and provide tenants with a first‑class rental experience. We achieve this by offering a fully managed, end‑to‑end service — from professional marketing and tenant vetting to ongoing management and compliance support.

The agency is led by Ben Rayment, who has worked in the London property industry since 1998, managing portfolios for one of the city’s largest build‑to‑rent landlords and supporting global corporations with their relocation needs. This depth of experience allows Relier to deliver a standard of service that matches the professionalism of large corporates, while retaining the flexibility and personal touch of a smaller, independent agency.
