Personal service from start to finish – Being small, our Directors manage the entire marketing and tenant find process from start to finish. When prospective tenants meet mature and experienced people, we believe that it adds a level of reassurance, and therefore a marketing edge for your property. We are confident that by the end of one viewing, prospective tenants will already have developed a level of trust with us, and indeed, this is what we are told.

Detailed knowledge of our properties – This of course is fundamental to selling any product, but it is not unusual for agents not even to have seen the property before they show someone around. Let alone know the intricacies of the property, and the detail around building facilities and services or information on likely utility costs.

Understanding of the market – We follow the market closely, we understand what affects it and we understand how to position your property within it. We take an active interest in the wider economics which underpin and affect the market, and understand how this all fits in to the wider picture for an invenstor.

Experience with people – We have been meeting tenants in person for 25 years. We have developed an excellent instinct for good tenants at both the enquiry and viewing stages. Our track record at finding great tenants is excellent, and landlords can rest assured that we would only recommend tenants that we feel would undertake their obligations properly and treat the property how they should do. We are used to dealing with both individuals and companies and know very well the potential pitfalls to look out for with both types of tenant. Often, the highest rents are paid by tenants who may be less credible and potentially less reliable, but we would certainly be able to advise you effectively in any situation.

Truly hands off experience – Our experience and the level of trust that we have developed with our landlords, means that they are very happy for us to take the reins on everything from tenancy negotiation, tenant selection, management and maintenance decisions.
