No Unfair Management Tie Ins – Quite simply, we are confident that we will deliver a management service to you that you will have no reason to wish to leave at any point. We regularly speak with landlords who are having trouble with current managing agents but are tied down to what we believe are unfair terms when a landlord wishes to manage the property themselves or switch agents.
Should you ever wish to leave us (we don’t think that you will!) we will make this easy for you and will release you from the management agreement with just one months’ notice after the first six months of a tenancy. If you have chosen to manage the property yourself or instruct another managing agent, we will not claim management fees for extensions by a tenant who we have introduced.
