Founder, Ben Rayment, has worked in the Canary Wharf property market for more than 25 years, witnessing first-hand, the remarkable change in the landscape and local market in that time. First Three Months – No Fees! – When you appoint Relier on a sole agency basis, we waive all fees for the first three months of a new tenancy. That means you keep the full rental income upfront, with fees only applying from month four.
No Unfair Management Tie In – We are confident in the quality of our management service and strive to ensure that landlords never have reason to leave. Many landlords come to us frustrated with agents who impose restrictive or unfair terms when they wish to switch or self-manage their properties.
If you ever decide to leave (though we believe you won’t), we make the process simple: after the first six months of a tenancy, you can terminate the management agreement with just one month’s notice. Should you choose to self-manage or appoint another agent, we will not charge management fees for tenant extensions we introduced.
