No Unfair Management Tie In – We are confident in the quality of our management service and strive to ensure that landlords never have reason to leave. Many landlords come to us frustrated with agents who impose restrictive or unfair terms when they wish to switch or self-manage their properties.

If you ever decide to leave (though we believe you won’t), we make the process simple: after the first six months of a tenancy, you can terminate the management agreement with just one month’s notice. Should you choose to self-manage or appoint another agent, we will not charge management fees for tenant extensions we introduced.

First Three Months – No Fees! – When you transfer a property to Relier on a sole agency basis, you won’t pay any fees until the fourth month of a new tenancy. For the first three months, you’ll keep 100% of the rent from your new tenant.
